Responsibilities

Property Tours: Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective tenants.

Market Intelligence: Monitor leasing trends, occupancy rates, and competitor activity.

Documentation: Maintain leasing records and ensure contract compliance.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business
3+ years of commercial leasing experience
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation
Ability to meet leasing targets and deadlines
Proficiency in CRM and property listing platforms
Professional presentation and networking skills
