Senior Property Manager
Responsibilities
Property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties while ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Tenant Relations: Handle lease agreements, tenant onboarding, complaints, renewals, and conflict resolution professionally.
Financial Oversight: Monitor rent collection, budgeting, operational expenses, and property profitability.
Maintenance Coordination: Supervise property inspections, repairs, contractors, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local housing laws, safety standards, and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare operational and financial reports for investors and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and landlord-tenant regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience using property management software and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
