Real Estate Investment Analyst
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis: Conduct investment modelling, ROI analysis, and market forecasting for real estate opportunities.
Market Research: Analyse market trends, rental performance, and competitor properties.
Acquisition Support: Assist with due diligence, valuation reviews, and investment presentations.
Reporting: Prepare investor reports, feasibility studies, and portfolio performance summaries.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate investment risks and identify profitable opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with brokers, developers, and finance teams to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Economics
3+ years of investment or real estate analysis experience
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Experience with ARGUS or similar investment tools is preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
