Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Create online campaigns across social media, email marketing, and property listing platforms.
Brand Development: Enhance the company’s real estate brand identity and promotional materials.
Lead Generation: Develop strategies to attract buyers, tenants, and investors.
Content Creation: Produce marketing content, including brochures, property descriptions, videos, and presentations.
Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and optimise conversion strategies.
Event Coordination: Organise open houses, property launches, and investor events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of marketing experience in real estate or property development
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, and branding
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills
